Crystal clear exterior windows using pure water technology. Safer than ladders, more efficient than traditional methods.
Traditional window cleaning uses soap and a squeegee. It works, but it's slow and requires ladders for upper-story windows. Our approach is different.
We use a deionized pure water system with a water-fed pole. The water has all minerals removed, so it dries completely spot-free without any wiping. The pole lets us safely reach windows up to three stories without ladders.
This method is safer for our team (no ladder accidents), faster for you (we can do more windows in less time), and costs less than traditional window cleaning.
Tap water leaves spots because of the minerals in it. By removing those minerals through deionization, the water can actually clean better and dry without any residue. The brush scrubs away dirt, the pure water rinses it away, and what's left is perfectly clean glass.
Simple pricing based on window count
When you add window cleaning to a house wash, we discount the windows by 50%. Your house is already wet, we're already on site, and you save money.
Most homes take 1-2 hours for exterior windows. Our pole system lets us work quickly without setting up and moving ladders constantly.
No. Our deionized pure water has all minerals removed, so it dries spot-free without any wiping. If you see spots, it's usually from dirty screens dripping onto clean glass.
We can remove exterior screens and clean them for $7.50 each. We don't remove screens from the inside of your home. If screens are dirty, we recommend cleaning them so they don't drip onto your clean windows when it rains.
It depends on your preferences and environment. Some customers do quarterly or semi-annual cleaning. Most residential customers do annual cleaning. Commercial properties sometimes need weekly or bi-weekly service.
Not currently. Our pure water system is designed for exterior cleaning. If you need interior windows cleaned, a traditional window cleaning company would be a better choice.
Hard water stains require specialty treatment and aren't included in our standard window cleaning. These stains are often caused by sprinklers hitting windows repeatedly. We can refer you to a specialist if this is your primary concern.
