Restore your home's curb appeal with professional soft wash cleaning. Safe for vinyl, brick, stucco, and all siding types.
That green film on your vinyl siding isn't just dirt. It's algae, mold, and mildew that's been growing for months or years. Charlotte's humidity gives it the perfect environment to thrive, especially on north-facing walls and shaded areas.
Regular rain doesn't wash it away. In fact, moisture helps it spread. The longer it sits, the harder it becomes to remove and the more it can affect your home's appearance. What starts as a light green tint becomes thick, visible growth that makes your house look years older than it is.
A professional house wash removes all of this organic growth and brings back the original color of your siding. Most of our customers are shocked at how much brighter their home looks after we're done.
Gentle on your home, tough on grime
We check your siding type, note any areas of concern, and identify anything that needs special protection. We'll also confirm you've closed all windows and doors.
Before any cleaning solution touches your house, we wet down all nearby landscaping. We use lower concentrations than roof cleaning and rinse continuously to protect your plants.
We apply our cleaning solution at low pressure (under 300 PSI). The solution does the work, not the pressure. This is safe for all common siding materials.
Unlike roof cleaning, we always rinse your house. We work from top to bottom, making sure all cleaning solution and loosened debris is completely removed.
Different materials need different approaches
Our most common service. Vinyl cleans up beautifully with soft washing. We remove years of green growth and restore the original color without any risk of damage.
Brick can handle a bit more pressure when needed, but we typically stick with soft wash. Great for removing organic growth and brightening mortar joints.
Wood trim and siding require a gentle touch. We use lower pressure and appropriate cleaning solutions to clean without damaging paint or wood fibers.
Stucco responds well to soft washing. We can use slightly more pressure on true stucco when needed for stubborn staining without damaging the surface.
Hardie board requires special care. We use very low concentrations and careful technique. Results vary depending on the condition and finish of the material.
Natural stone and concrete surfaces often need more pressure to clean effectively. We adjust our approach based on what your surface actually needs.
Clear, straightforward pricing
When you combine house washing with window cleaning, we discount the windows by 50%. Your house is already wet, our equipment is already set up, and you get spotless windows at half price.
What's included and what's not
Most houses take 2-4 hours depending on size and condition. We're efficient but thorough. Larger homes or those with heavy staining may take longer.
Not when done correctly. We use lower concentrations for house washing than roof cleaning, and we continuously rinse your landscaping before, during, and after. We can also cover sensitive plants if needed.
If your windows and doors seal properly against heavy rain, they'll seal against our low-pressure wash. It's your responsibility to ensure windows and doors are closed and sealing correctly before we start.
Typically 1-5 years depending on your environment. Shaded, humid areas will see regrowth sooner. We recommend annual cleaning for best curb appeal, but every 2-3 years minimum keeps your home looking good.
Red clay and rust require specialty chemicals and aren't included in a standard house wash. We can treat these stains for an additional charge, but they're priced separately based on severity.
Not necessarily. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and for all windows and doors to be closed. As long as we can access your property and water, you don't need to be there. We'll send before and after photos when we're done.
